This cable is used to get external power when necessary for connecting to the Jaltest marine platform.
With the V8 system, this cable will connect directly to the interface box. With the V9 system, this cable connects through the JDC100B cable. This cable can also connect directly to some manufacturer cables (such as Evinrude or MTU).
