MONEY BACK GUARANTEE PRODUCTS AND CRITERIA

Texa and Jaltest Kits: Customers are eligible for return/refund within 30 days of unit delivery if they meet the following criteria:

  • Users requesting returns due to functionality or technical issues must speak with our technical support team to troubleshoot and verify issues prior to proceeding with the return.. In order to qualify for the money back guarantee, the customer must enroll in training with our sister company or a one-on-one training session to assure the customer is using the tool correctly.
  • Company error.
  • Dissatisfaction within the 30 days of unit delivery.
  • Damage to product not caused by the customer.

 

All MINI Kits: Customers are eligible for return/refund within 30 days of unit delivery minus a 20% restocking fee. Over 30 days, the unit cannot be returned.

Items with all its contents and components must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Therefore, we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days. 

To initiate a return, complete the request form. We will review the issue and determine whether the request is approved or denied. If your request is approved or denied, you will receive additional instructions. Please allow time for the return to be processed.

Damages and Issues:  Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully and contact us right away if you find any defects or damage. If you received an incorrect item or any damaged item, please contact us immediately.

  • Returns outside of the 30-day unit delivery.
  • Customer dissatisfaction outside of 30-day unit delivery.
  • Damage or wear will incur additional fees.

  • Renewal Packages
  • Customer caused Damages
